FRANCHISE TRAINING & SUPPORT

Initial Training

Initial franchise training for Illegal Burger takes place in our Denver-based headquarters. We begin with classroom training that includes restaurant leadership development, business management and operations, marketing, technology, and finance strategies and systems.

Field Training

Illegal Burger field trainers work side-by-side with new franchise owners inside corporate training restaurants to ensure a thorough understanding of all of our systems. We will also send a trainer to new locations as needed to offer training and support for the grand opening period.

Learning Management system (LMS)

Our online Learning Management System is a powerful tool that allows Illegal Burger franchise operators to scale their businesses faster and more efficiently. Repetitive, one-on-one training is a huge time commitment that often burdens restaurant management teams and slows down operations. Illegal Burger’s LMS enables staff members to train anytime, from anywhere which results in consistent training and cost-effective growth.
