We offer swimming lessons for all ages and skill levels, from infant to adult and from beginner to expert. Students are progress through our program as they become proficient in the skills carefully laid out for each class level. Training:

We combine up to 22 hours of classroom training and up to 30 hours of in-water training to cover several topics vital to the operation of a Hudson Valley Swim franchise.
